Pick up date: Thursday, June 4th, 12:00 noon. – 5:00 p.m. Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms. You are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction. This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 10 lots every 5 minutes with a 5-minute extension. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot. Onsite auction may have items in the attic, basement, barn, dark alley, scary dungeon rooms and other places that your spouse may be hesitant to enter. Please consider attending the preview to help understand any complications in removing your treasure. We are not as mean as we sound, but please do your best to play by the rules. FFL Laws Apply: This will be an FFL regulated sale, with photo ID required and FFL forms being completed at pick-up. Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV will not be able to accept bids from California & Canada residents. We are unable to ship to those locations. All firearms will be shipped to an FFL gun dealer of the buyer's choice from Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV and buyer will be charged for actual shipping and insurance. All buyers will need to provide to Kaufman Realty & Auctions LLC the contact & shipping information of their dealer and the buyer's dealer is responsible for ALL necessary paperwork for firearm purchases. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. Pickup: All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s) Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion. (unless other arrangements have been made) Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.  Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Don't bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite, please.
