Directions: The auction will be conducted at the Oakes home in Alva Oklahoma located approx. 3 1/2 miles north of the Hwy 64 & 281 intersection on the east end of Alva. Auction will be held on the east side of the Hwy. Watch for Signs.

Auctioneer’s note: We are pleased to conduct the auction of Max’s equipment, as he is retiring from farming. We will start promptly at 10 am, with only a few small items, after that we will be selling a nice line of larger equipment. Look forward to seeing you in Alva on May 1^st at 10 am!
