Your use of this site and bid placement constitutes your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these terms. Please print a copy for your records. All sales are final. No refunds. All bidders are responsible for reading all terms and conditions carefully. <br>

Lack of knowledge of Auction Terms and Conditions will not release bidders from their obligations. Sheridan Auto Auction LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or bidders.<br>

Sheridan Auto Auction LLC has put forth every effort to present accurate descriptions of the items. The staff of Sheridan Auto Auction LLC has no personal knowledge of the condition of the individual vehicles, and no such information will be given to any prospective bidder beyond the information in written descriptions. You are responsible for your own inspection of vehicles prior to the point of purchase, during specified inspection times. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with No Guarantees or Warrantees of any kind.<br>

No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or imperfections not noted.<br>
<br>
This auction features extended bidding! Any lot with a bid within five minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open. Each time a new bid is placed the auction will remain open for an additional five minutes. When no bids have been placed for five full minutes, the auction will then close. When bidding, you must refresh your screen often to find out if you are still the leading bidder. To refresh your screen, click “RESET CATALOG” or use the refresh button on your browser.<br>

When you place a maximum bid, the current bid does not automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will be entered as the next highest increment and will increase as other bids are placed to keep you in the lead. The computer will automatically bid up to your max bid in the increments specified.<br>

All final winning bids will be subject to seller acceptance or rejection.<br>
<br>
When you place the winning bid, you will receive an invoice via email letting you know you have won the item. Upon receiving the email please call the Auction Company to schedule an appointment time to pick up your vehicle. You will be asked to verify the vehicle lot number, person’s name the vehicle will be registered in, address, whether you will be getting new plates of transferring plates, county and city the vehicle will be kept in, driver’s license number, birth date, whether there will be a recorded lien/loan on the vehicle and how you intend to pay for the vehicle.<br>

Upon acceptance of a final winning bid, Sheridan Auto Auction LLC will charge winning bidder’s credit card $500 (non-refundable) earnest money deposit, which shall be credited to the purchase price when vehicle is settled for and picked up.<br>

Fees:<br>
There will be a 10% buyer premium added to the final bid prices of all vehicles.<br>
<br>
We are required by the State of Michigan to maintain a current Class D Auto Broker’s License, therefore we must process your title and registration, consequently all purchases are subject to:<br>
<br>
6% sales tax.<br>
$75.00 broker fee.<br>
Title processing fee as per State of Michigan charges<br>
Registration (license plate) fee if applicable<br>
Example : Final winning bid price $2,000. Add $200 buyer premium = $2,200 + 6% sales tax = $2,332 + $75 broker fee, $15 title processing fee and $151 registration = $2,573 final amount due to auction company.<br>
<br>
If registration paperwork is returned to us due to a buyer’s “repeat offender” status, buyer is required to pay the $15.00 late fee for re-submission of the “title only” transaction. Please inform us in advance if this situation may apply to you.<br>
<br>
Full payment must be made at the time of pickup of the vehicle. Vehicles may not leave our location until they have been paid for and all necessary paperwork is completed and signed. Payment may be made by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or direct wire transfer.<br>
<br>
If you plan to drive the vehicle from our location, your must provide us with a current proof of insurance. You will be required to obtain insurance for the specific vehicle you purchased within 15 days of the auction. If you choose not to register your vehicle at the time of pickup (title only, no registration/plate) the vehicle must be trailered or towed from our location.<br>
<br>
Vehicles must be removed within 48 hours of the auction. If vehicle is not picked up by stated time and other arrangements have not been personally made with the auction company, you will be charged the full purchase price of the vehicle and the item will become property of Sheridan Auto Auction.<br>
<br>
All vehicles must be titled in the State of Michigan.<br>
<br>
Sheridan Auto Auction LLC and/or consignors are NOT responsible for accidents or damage to vehicles after the items are sold.<br>
<br>
Sheridan Auto Auction LLC reserves the right to revise The Terms and Conditions.
